SHIPPING OVERVIEW

  • All SALES are final due to minimal stock available and low prices. 
  • All items are not able to be returned and are heavily reduced accordingly unless otherwise deemed faulty and not re-saleable. All items will be quality checked prior to being sent out.

This document sets out the Terms & Conditions for purchasing on PLIVATI.com.au and is applicable to all customers. 

PLIVATI and it’s subsidiary SPAVATI reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy. 

PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERIES MAY BE DELAYED AND ARE UNFORTUNATELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL DUE TO COVID-19. THIS INCLUDES INTERNATIONAL & EXPRESS SHIPPING. 

PLIVATI (& SPAVATI) offers FREE STANDARD shipping by courier within Australia (or Aus Post for PO Box & Parcel Collect or regional areas) for all orders over $100.

Standard Shipping to New Zealand is $25 Flat Rate. 

Free Australia Post International Shipping is available to International orders (pending location) over $400AUD. 

Please Note: Taxes & any custom duties (if applicable) that are payable in your country will be at your cost. 

For orders less than $100AUD within Australia, there is a standard flat delivery rate of $10AUD. Delivery will be by courier with tracking (it will not be left unattended unless requested) or by Australia Post if couriers are not able to go to your location. *Please note, we are able to deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Collect through Australia Post however, please allow an additional 24 hours for shipping. A tracking number will be provided. 

For Express Shipping within Australia the delivery cost is $15AUD.

DELIVERY TIMES

All items purchased on the PLIVATI site will be dispatched (packed and ready to be sent out) within 24 hours of receiving your order (this time may be longer during promotions, sales, weekends and over public holiday periods). A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been received. Once the courier is booked, you will also receive a confirmation email that your order is on it’s way and you will receive tracking notification for all parcels. (Check your junk mail if you do not receive). 

 

Australia & New Zealand Shipping

Delivery methods available with estimated arrival time:
  • STANDARD SHIPPING (Australia Wide) – 2 to 5 days. Capital cities may be even faster!
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING (Australia Wide) – 1 to 3 business days.
  • NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING – 7 to 14 business days

*Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore PLIVATI cannot guarantee delivery dates. All items are dispatched by our shipping company from our warehouse in SYDNEY. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping and can ship to most countries with Australia Post or DHL (depending on your country) at a flat rate of AUD$40. If we are unable to ship to your country at check out, please contact us to check your rate. New Zealand has a flat rate of AUD$25.

Spend over $400AUD and receive FREE International Australia Post Shipping with tracking to nominated countries we currently ship to. 

Please note that all applicable taxes, customs fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and differ between countries. If you are unsure if you will be affected by any additional charges, please contact your local customs office.

When you place your order, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Customs and Duty

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are unable to predict the charges, and the recipient is liable for the payment of import duties, customs and local sales tax. Contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.


CUSTOMER DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If a work address is provided, the courier company requires the business and receivers’ names.

Should no one be present at delivery to sign for your parcel, a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot. Once an order has been dispatched, PLIVATI is unable to amend delivery location or redirect packages.

Please note we are not able to deliver via Courier to PO Box addresses, though will happily deliver via Australia Post with tracking.

PROMOS/DISCOUNTS & GIVEAWAYS

All items purchased with a discount code or gift voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or sale unless otherwise specified that this is allowed in the promotion. Shipping is not included with any giveaway voucher unless specified. 

Promotions may be directly for PLIVATI Swimwear or SPAVATI Sleepwear unless otherwise mentioned.  

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

SWIMWEAR/SARONGS

Please contact us when placing your order if you have any size questions, as we can help you decide on the right fit. If however, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or fit you may return your item within 14 days* of receiving your order for a Credit Voucher or we will happily exchange for a product/s of the same value if available. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

  • Your swimwear must have been delivered to you in the last 14 days*.
  • All items must be returned unworn in original condition without signs of makeup or tan, with original tags attached, (swimwear) hygiene liner in place and packaging in tact. (PLEASE make sure you try your swimwear on over your own underwear or disposable g-string provided. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it is obvious this has not been done). 
  • The return must include information regarding your order (emailed to us) with your name and order number and request for credit/exchange/refund. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: No exchanges/returns are available on FINAL SALE ITEMS. These items are heavily discounted and not eligible for return. See first paragraph for more details. 

There are certain situations where returns, credits and exchanges are not granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days* after delivery.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
  • All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We will allow ONE free exchange where we, PLIVATI, will pay the return postage unless a gift card is used, further exchanges require the customer to pay postage. 

* International customers have 30 days to return from delivery date. 

Please note, International exchanges will need to pay return postage from both ends for all exchanges.  

SUNGLASSES

Please contact us when placing your order if you have any questions. If however, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or fit you may return your item within 14 days* of receiving your order for a Credit Voucher. We will provide refunds on full priced items only. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Faulty/Damaged Item

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can arrange this for you.

On Sale Items OR Sales with Discount Code

All sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for another item of the same sale value. Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty.

Please note this includes all items purchased using any discount or promotional codes provided by PLIVATI or SPAVATI.

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch with us at info@plivati.com.au if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up, spray tan and deodorant marks, will not be accepted for return.

A reminder to please take care when trying on swimwear and wear undergarments at all times. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.

 

COMPETITIONS

Where a person has received a competition voucher, it can be used with a code toward any items on our site. Not applicable toward shipping and overseas winners are responsible for shipping & applicable duties or taxes (if any). Must be used within 90 days of receiving. 

Entrants must have completed the draw requirements to be eligible. All competitions will be checked and the winner drawn on the specified date. Any remaining credit unused on the voucher code will not be refunded or able to be used again. Can only be used in one transaction. 

Competitions are no way endorsed or sponsored by Instagram and their affiliates. The voucher will not be applicable with any order discounts and is valid on full retail prices. 


HOW TO RETURN or EXCHANGE:


Contact our Care team via info@plivati.com.au to obtain a Return Reference Number. Quote your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. Please email us your reason for return and any other details and return your item(s) to the below postal address.
